Delivery is instant and automatic. The moment your payment clears, a secure download button appears on your order confirmation page. Download and save your files from that page — nothing ships in the mail because every product is fully digital.

Secure download links are intentionally short-lived. Return to your order confirmation page and refresh it to generate a new link. If you can no longer access that page or the download still does not work, email support@rosayscreations.com with your order details and we'll help restore access.

Every product downloads as a ZIP containing a single self-contained HTML file plus a README. You unzip it, double-click the HTML file, and it opens in your web browser and runs entirely on your own computer — no account, no sign-up, and no internet connection required. Anything you enter is saved in that browser on that machine, so keep the file somewhere permanent and make your own backup if the data matters. Nothing is uploaded anywhere.

No account is required. Checkout is handled securely through Stripe, and you can complete your order as a guest. Your secure product download appears on the order confirmation page after payment is verified.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe, which accepts all major credit and debit cards as well as popular digital wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Your card details are never stored on our servers.

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final once a download has been accessed. That said, if something isn't working or you were charged in error, reach out to support@rosayscreations.com and we'll always do our best to make it right.

Yes. Every product carries the same licence: you may use it for your own work, including commercial work you do yourself. What you may not do is resell, redistribute, republish, or share the original file. The full wording is in the README inside every download, so you always have a copy of the terms alongside the product.

Yes, at no extra cost. Your order confirmation page issues a fresh download link every time you open it, so if a product is updated you can return to that page and download the current version. Keep the confirmation link from your receipt email — it is how you get back in. If you no longer have it, email support@rosayscreations.com with your order details and we will reissue it. We do not currently send an announcement when an update ships.
