Agreement

By using rosayscreations.com or buying any product from it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not purchase. We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published here on the day you buy.

What you are buying

Every product on this store is a digital download — a self-contained file you receive immediately after payment. There is no physical item, no subscription, and no recurring charge. Each product page describes what is included; nothing else is implied.

Products run in a current web browser. They are not applications for a phone or desktop app store, and they do not require an account with us to work.

Your licence

On purchase you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to:

• Use the product for yourself or your own business, indefinitely
• Use it in commercial work you carry out yourself for your own clients
• Modify it for your own use
• Keep your copy — access does not expire and there is nothing to renew

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the product, modified or not
• Share your copy or your download link with anyone else
• Include it in a bundle, template shop, course, or membership site
• Claim authorship or ownership of it

The licence terms are restated in the README file inside every download. If the two ever appear to differ, the README inside the product you received governs your copy.

Delivery

Your download is available on the confirmation page as soon as payment is confirmed, and the receipt we email links back to that page so you can return to it later. Download links themselves are short-lived and signed, so the page mints a fresh one each time you open it.

If a download does not work, email support@rosayscreations.com with your order ID and we will reissue it.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in US dollars and are the full amount you pay for the product; any sales tax or VAT required for your location is calculated and shown by Stripe at checkout before you confirm. We never receive or store your card details.

Refunds

Digital products are delivered instantly and, as a general rule, sales are final. The full position — including the statutory rights of customers in the UK and EU, and what happens if a product does not work — is set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All content on this site and in the products — designs, code, text, and images — remains the intellectual property of Rosay's Creations. Buying a product grants you the licence described above and nothing further. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is not permitted.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to access products, files, or download links you have not paid for
• Interfere with the site, its functions, or its security
• Use the newsletter or support forms to send unsolicited or abusive content
• Use automated means to scrape or copy the site's content

Disclaimer

Products are provided as-is. Several are planning, budgeting, and business tools: they help you organise and think, but they are not financial, legal, tax, or professional advice, and they do not guarantee any particular outcome or income. Decisions you make using them remain your own.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Rosay's Creations is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of the site or its products, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

Privacy

How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of this site, are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Florida are the venue for any claim brought under them.

If you buy as a consumer from outside the United States, this does not take away the protection of any consumer law of the country you live in that applies to you regardless of what an agreement says, and it does not override the statutory rights set out in our Refund Policy. Where the two conflict on a consumer purchase, the law of your own country applies to the extent that it must.
